Estimator

Location: Kelmscott, Western Australia

Job Types: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: $80,000- $10,000 a year + Super + car (negotiable depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an Estimator for a permanent position with a company that specialises in fire protection systems.

You will be required to work with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.

What is required:

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience as an Estimator

• Familiarity with estimating software, such as AutoCAD

• Ability to interpret architectural plans

• Have a high level of accuracy in the estimation of materials and labour components

• The ability to evaluate and prioritise incoming projects

• Experience with construction take offs highly desirable

• Fire industry experience highly desirable, not essential but must be open and willing to learning and understanding of the industry.
