Sales Administration Assistant
Location: Canning Vale, Western Australia
Job Types: Full Time, Immediate Star
Salary: $65,000- $75,000 a year
Our client is a national company located in a new complex SOR and looking for a Sales Administrator.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for customer service and all administrative assistance and tasks for providing satisfied customer service solutions and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process all sales documentation including quotes, sales orders, returns and stock arrival.

Liaise with customers on the phone, via email and in person

Complete all paperwork and pre-payment follow-ups with customers to ensure timely processing of orders and payments

Ensure the CRM is maintained and compliant at all times
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Experience working in customer service, administration or a sales environment

Exceptional customer service skills
-
Demonstrated high computer literacy: particularly Microsoft Office Suite and experience in Customer Relationship Management or ERP systems desirable

Professional and friendly telephone manner.

Sound communication skills - active listening and questioning for clarity and ability to convey relevant information accurately

Effective time management.
